Well, the title for the tool is confusing. The first thing that came to my mind was a wireless communication-related toolset.

And I thought it was about a stick with flammable material on top. Probably the truth sits somewhere in the middle and this is a stick for communication.

Only if you have been living under the rock for the last 5+ years. Pytorch/torch is one of the most used ML libraries out there. Many torch-related products are named in this way: torchvision, torchaudio, torch elastic, torchrun etc
