Ask HN: Glitchy YouTube Shorts?

YouTube has been using an AI filter or so to modify/enhance content of shorts. However, this also causes glitches, like artifacts during playback.

Seriously makes videos unwatchable and even dangerous for those with epilepsy. This seems to only affect Shorts for now
