I'm building a new machine to install Windows 11 on, I don't have any Windows machines. Can I use this to do a brand new install on a brand new machine? I don't see anything about that in the docs... it appears to be an exe to run on a Windows 10 machine to upgrade it to 11.

I cherish the thought of a better Win10/11 upgrade process. Can anyone else vouch for this tool?
