I'm only implementing textual content at the moment (long-form and micro-updates). Think about the textarea like Facebook's status update box: You usually add text, but if you add a link it figures out if it's a video, etc. Think even Twitter's web interface does this now.

Note to self: Finish mocks ASAP.
