Show HN: I built a site that maps official French real-estate sales

After months wrangling the French Demande de Valeurs Foncières files, I turned them into a site where anyone can search a commune, inspect official sale prices, and see five years of trends. You can drill into recent transactions, compare property types, and try mortgage or rentability simulators I added to make the data actionable. I’d love feedback on what views help you decide if a neighborhood is changing, what export formats you’d need, and how the interface feels: https://immobilierville.fr/

I started this project when my family tried to decode local property prices and the DVF spreadsheets were unusable. Nights and weekends went into cleaning the releases, aligning commune names, and surfacing the answers homeowners and investors actually ask—like “how fast are prices moving in my arrondissement?” The site now covers every French commune, updates as new releases land, and brings the extra tooling (calculators, map browsing) I needed along the way. If there’s a workflow that still feels clumsy or a data slice you’re missing, let me know; I’m planning the next iteration right now.
