I’ve been building Magiclip, a tool that helps creators and businesses turn long videos (YouTube, podcasts, interviews, gameplay) into short-form viral clips automatically.
The problem
Repurposing content is extremely time-consuming:
Watching hours of footage
Finding the right moments
Adding subtitles, hooks, formats
Reposting everywhere
Most creators know they should do it — but don’t.
What Magiclip does
You upload a video → Magiclip:
Detects engaging moments
Generates short clips
Adds clean subtitles
Optimizes them for TikTok, Reels & Shorts
No editing skills required.
Why I built it
I was doing this manually for my own content and client projects. I wanted a one-click pipeline instead of 2–3 hours per video.
Current state
Early users onboarded
Still iterating heavily
