Recently, a people manager in an engineering team send a giant 19-page "document" to a team mailing list. He said, "I was able to get Gemini to help me pull together this document. I hope you find it interesting." When I opened it, I faced 20 pages of slop. It was clear that he just copy/pasted unadulterated garbage from an AI. Absolutely infuriating and downright dumb. I gently pointed it out on the list. He now needs to work hundred times harder to earn a tiny bit of trust.
