Ask HN: Any tools for managing multi Claude Code instances?

I'm using around 10 instances and I'm finding it a bit tedious when i have to restart my computer.

1. Open iTerm

2. cd to paths

3. type claude

4. /resume

5. select

Do you guys have suggestions for better tooling? Any MCPs you found really helpful?
