Great app idea, and here are three points for improvement:

- We don't need that many steps in the how-to-use popups. Just the 4 steps in the beginning is plenty (more is overwhelming)

- Maybe add some images related to my trip and make the site look less "daunting"

- Add an ai chatbox so I can ask an ai agent for it to directly edit my trip plans

Hey! Thank you for giving feedback. Really appreciate it. I'm currently doing POST launch items and one of them is to actually polish and improve the website even more.

What you mentioned about the how-to-use popups is very useful. You're right! we don't need to overwhelm the user with too many!. As for imagines related to trip, this is something I was contemplating on adding before release but couldn't get it right without somehow making the look and feel of the website. Other than images, are there other pointers you think might be good to improve on from a UI perspective.

AI is big these days so yes, something that will eventually be added to make it easier to plan.
