Hey HN, I've built auto-focus a small macOS application that runs in the background, detects automatically when you are in the flow and disables notifications for you. No fancy AI, no cloud, just a simple setup of your work apps/sites and Auto-Focus will protect your flow. It would make my day if you give it a try.
