Hopefully this will help the absurd FACE act get thrown out. It was never designed in good faith to cover physical acts but rather to intimidate people from exercising free speech.
Just a reminder that the FACE Act came about because the Republicans' idea of "free speech" was thuggery, intimidation, and obstruction of legal business activities at abortion clinics, including but not limited to assassinations, bombings, and arson.
