Show HN: A Fast CLI for global fuzzy-search on Claude Code sessions

Re-sharing since I made this repo private temporarily.

I run multiple Claudes at once in different folders, and after a while it becomes hard to manage/find specific sessions. cc-sessions gives fast, global fuzzy search over cc-sessions and allows you to resume/fork them easily.
