I recently built https://meter.sh to track any site - whether through an API or just raw HTML.

The tool auto-inspects any API, catches any preliminary requests, and extracts all data (including pagination). It falls back to HTML if needed.

I had a blast building this and we have a growing number of customers using this tons of different use cases.
