How much of that traffic is actually coming from other law enforcement agencies across the world scanning the peer to peer networks for illegal material?
Scanning P2P networks for video files isn’t how law enforcement usually operates; they rely more on hashes, known indices, and targeted operations. So the chance that other LE would randomly hit this project’s nodes the same way end users do is limited. Police2Peer is also an EU/Europol initiative under EMPACT, so participating agencies know about it and where it operates, and can avoid treating that traffic as targets.
