They are not interfering, you still don't seem to understand filming or protesting cops or engaging in any other act of free speech in public does no require permission. Out of courtesy local govt may be informed but engagement in speech is not illegal. And again you fail to understand the problem is that ICE they aren't waiting for proof before killing or jailing people.
In fact in many cases they are engaging in home invasions which are clear cut illegal unless the real not karen warrant is presented. In fact Minnesota is a castle doctrine state, meaning if cornered on your own property you can quite legally shoot the invader including killing them. It's not just theoretical, it has already happened in many states.
