If ICE are this deeply unfit to their job that fundamental exercise of free spech and the right to bear arms causes them to engage in paranoid violent psychoses then they are free to quit the job, nobody is forcing them or holding down their hands.
ICE proof doesn't count for shit unless they have a real warrant. Otherwise legally they are quite limited. You still haven't been able to establish how or why or case laws citing whistling at cops is illegal. You have very deep and fundamental misunderstanding of American law. Whatever country you are from has clearly messed eith your brain to the extent you can't even imagine countries with actual free speech existing. You still do not understand, whether someones an "illegal" or not is NOT for ice or any police force to establish, its for courts to establish.
