Pathetic. It really should be a 100% tax above 1B in net worth. If we didn’t have billionaires hoarding capital, we would have a more even playing field for capitalism. And we wouldn’t have oligarch corruption in our government. California has spending problems but ultimately the country needs a federal tax that goes my ch further to protect our society.
