Software/Platform Engineer (AI, DevEx) - Full-time / Contract

Hi. I'm a Platform Engineer who started as a dev and treat the role as primarily SWE. 5+ years experience, mostly in startups' founding roles building platforms from zero to scale.

Recent work:

- Helped build and productize a European managed multi-cloud/BYOC Kubernetes PaaS (aka "get managed K8s in your own datacenter / on your own infra")

- Shipped multiple multi-tenant SaaS (50+ microservices) on EKS/GCP (multi-cluster scheduling & networking, tenant isolation guarantees)

- Recent focus on durable AI agents with advanced memory/context management, safety guardrails (finetuning classifier), optimizing latency for real-time voice agents (LiveKit, KEDA, autoscaling)

Looking for:

- Area: Work at intersection of AI, Infra/Platforms, developer experience

- Problems: Long-running agentic workloads, AI memory, durability, realtime requirements, cost optimization, unblocking devs.

- Team: Early stage startup / startup within larger org vibe. International and culturally diverse.
