You can get Semaglutide or Tirzepatide for really cheap (think ~30$/month) if you buy it from a "research peptide" supplier. The biggest challenge is finding a trustworthy supplier.
I know it's not for everyone but depending where you live, buying research peptides and paying for an independent lab analysis on them can still turn out cheaper than buying the drug version.
