As for other UI things, maybe make the 123456 line up with the associated line markers. Or else, someone needs to decode the diff elements on first viewing. (Maybe even combine them?). If combined, you could put the 'Skip' button in line with the number blocks at the far right and it would make more sense in terms of interaction (because a user will already be clicking the numbers to go look at previous frames).

Consider a different way for the 'year' and 'genre' notes to appear. They, at first, look like buttons or tags instead of your goal as 'hints' (they may be clearer if you change the number/line/frame display as noted above).

The text on mobile in the result modal is very small (eg, the year - genre).

Maybe have the truncated movie names scroll on selection? (They seem to be obscured by css alone).

i noticed that the frame is often a cropped widescreen shot -- maybe give the option of having it popup lightbox-style so that the user can see the whole frame easily?

Your header is confusing. The 'i' and the '?' can mean similar things to a user and they have no idea what they're gonna get when they click on either. Also the F looks like a button as well, but I guess it's not? (If its part of the logo, make it combine better). I had no idea what the folder button would do.
