Must be fixed by now

I have no problem accessing the directories at mirrors.edge.kernel.org or na.edge.kernel.org on 142.0.200.124 (no SNI, TLS1.3, multiple SSL libraries tested)

I'm not using a browser

This isn't just down, this discussion seems like it's been barely holding on and there's a non-zero chance it goes away or changes in some significant way moving forward.

Confirmed, I get an instantaneous TCP reset from 142.0.200.124. It's still listed on the bottom left of the www page [1].
