This sounds flip, but I don't mean it like that... CDC does nothing that RFKJ doesn't approve. Maybe be he's missed it it's not on his radar, maybe he is getting bribed to ignore them, maybe he simply doesn't care. That's a problem with an autocratic organization, the autocrat has to notice and care.
