After DOGE HHS open-sourced the largest Medicaid dataset in department history yesterday, I built a frontend to make it easy to explore. You can search 7,100+ procedures across all 54 states/territories, compare reimbursement rates state by state, and browse by service category (dental, therapy, nursing home, etc.). Data covers 2.7B total claims and $181.7B in payments for 2024. Built with SvelteKit, Cloudflare workers, D1. The raw data is from HHS Open Data (opendata.hhs.gov).
