Can anyone tell me approximately how much benefit would I see from setting 80% vs 90% vs 100% charge limits?

The benefit is that your battery will last longer. How to quantify this, I don’t know.

I know that a friend of mine bought his iPhone 15 pro same time as me. He never charged past 80%. I always charged 100%. It’s now a little over 2 years and my battery condition is at 86% while his is at 96%.
