It is fairly clear, regardless of AI technological changes they have already introduced significant labour disruptions. It is not the first time in history such a thing happened.

Any individual lament will fall on deaf ears, but collective bargain will absolutely be heard. Strength respects strength, a billionaire CEO will not care for a single developer, but a company-wide strike is something he won't be able to ignore.
