If he is convicted of a crime, he should face the punishment for that. The article keeps making the point that it is the bars responsibility to "provide accountability" when the criminal justice system fails. This guy sounds awful and one of the allegations is certainly bad, but this idea of a sort of hit job in the press and reputational damage with not even an arrest sure does seem suspicious. When did society start wanting to exclude and punish someone even before any arrest, much less a conviction?
