I use https://apps.apple.com/us/app/readder-for-reddit/id104357580... surprisingly often. It's got this simplistic web browser (uses something like Readability and allows for following links inside and outside of reddit). It can also play youtube links via the Youtube app and direct video links inline. Last updated five years ago and still mostly works.
