I would love to read a writeup on how gaming cafes / PC Bangs handle cybersecurity for their patrons, given that they're using shared computers. Would be a tremendous target for ID theft, including from the store owner or employees.
At least in India all your banking is done by phone (I don't even know if the banks here even offer web portals) so it's less of a concern because all your identity is tied to your SIM card. The cafes I've seen just have standard kiosk mode desktops that reset (you hope) with each new login.
