In Justice Gorsuch's concurrence, his argument that the majority opinion written by Justice Kagan in this tariffs case is inconsistent with votes of previous Democratic justices in previous cases about executive branch discretion does not hold water [1]. Also, there's this tidbit (where MQD stands for major questions doctrine) [1]:
