It's very strange to look at how the world's richest country just can't do basics. I live in a country with way, way, way, way, way less money (any way you want to measure it from natural resources to gdp percent capital to average income etc) and things are far from perfect here but we get the basics right.You guys have so. Much. Money. How can you not pave a road properly?
