Didn’t see in the article what the students are doing other than sleeping? Is this schoolwork-related, socialization-related, organization-related, …? Can’t begin to treat a problem until you have some idea as to what must be treated or dealt with.

After i changed my phone screen to a blue-cutting eed filter and use the smallest usable light for what i want to do in the night my sleep quality has been improved.
