Ask HN: Open source porfolio / Social network feeds

Hi everyone,

Few months or year ago I remember finding an open source project on Github. I think it was in ruby or python but I'm not 100% sure. It was a portfolio alike website which was showcasing social network feeds such as: linkedin, twitter, flickr, github, instagram, ... (quite a lot were supported)

Everything was built in modules and you could enable them or not. The design of the frontend was really cleaver and neat.

Does anyone remember this project? if yes, can you direct me to it. I've been searching for hours now. Thanks.
