A little off-topic perhaps but it is sort of crazy to see IEEE being so adamantly xenophobic since the start of the H1-B debate given that there are so many foreign-born authors in articles from IEEE transactions. I have seen their editorials on this issue in the past and as an Indian, it kinda depresses me.
