that could hold her own? I don't mean booksmart or IQ smart alone. I mean the whole package.

There has to be some sprinkled everywhere but honestly, relative to my peers in top business schools to hedge funds to private equity firms to investment banking to even co-founders in startups, I have yet to meet more than a handful of females that blew my mind away (street & business savvy). Actually I've been blown away at how incompetent they were and how much they could get away with and still get entry into those positions. On the other hand, everywhere I go, I'm amazed at how many dudes are just brilliant at what they do and as a person.

Wondering how it is in the hacker community.
