um, yes. I've got a major business system running on django right now. I'm also just starting a new one on the same platform.

I personally couldn't care less what the flavour of the day is, because I'm not chasing celebrity, I'm making my business money.

Django works really well when you need a full stack web-app up and running quickly. You know what I don't need? Javascript anything, really.
