This is the attitude that is needed. So many women are given the delusion that they are naturally as good at men at things that men are inclined to do well in. The reality is that women are far better at many things than men and the converse. I am not of the belief that propping someone up with false hope and faith is helpful. Look at the housing boom. Caused partly by the commission for affordable housing. The idea was that if everyone was just given the chance to borrow money and 'own' a house that they would somehow become more responsible and harder working individuals overnight. They would 'rise to the occasion'. Well we all see where that got us. People have got it all backwards. Society needs reality. Those who are disadvantaged need to know that they have to work harder than others. This will separate the wheat from the chaff early and avoid our economy losing trillions in the meantime. We don't need to lower our standards again and again in education so minorities can be on more 'fair' and 'equal' footing. We don't need to give $150k to a high school grad so he can attend and drop out of art college. There is a poison in this country of political correctness and false encouragement. No one is told the truth up front anymore. You have to be very lucky or exceptional to make it as a founder, especially so if you are a women.
