I personally see VR as it stands today, (yes I have demoed an Oculus) as the dying 3Dtv. Not going to work out until technology advances to provide a better, more lifelike experience. Even then I don't know if it will be popular. Who wants to sit in a room with their face covered up for hours each day. You cannot really converse with or communicate with anyone else. You are just kind of shut off.
