I'd rather to explain the process instead of showing the result work:

1. Find a fancy image as background

2. Find a cool font and install it

3. Layout the title bar and the title

4. Try to make the title and subtitle scalable, but failed.

1. The title bar should have zero margin

2. The background image must be scaled to 100%

3. Add more content, image, video and fancy structure/layout on top of the background
