I think you may have missed the parent's note that you'd have to be the administrator to install Chrome Remote Desktop. If your users are administrators of their own machines and are naive enough to just willy-nilly install something called "[Anything] Remote Desktop", then why bother focusing on Chrome -- you don't even have the illusion of security.
