This is _very_ clever! For anyone who doesn't know, it's basically impossible for non-argentinian companies and individuals to buy property in Argentina (thanks to the founder of Benetton). However, right now it's the perfect climate to invest in the country bc prices are down. So ye guy buys a huge taxi fleet. Very clever.
