Ask HN: Microsoft Outlook Whiz?

Hey HN, I'm looking for some help finding out more about dragging and dropping attachments from Microsoft Outlook into a web application. All of my searches are in vain and it seems much more complicated than it has to be.

Any MS Outlook gurus out there who may be able to lend a hand?
