retirement marks a shift in fundamentals. the financial markets are beginning to price in climate change issues.[0] Bloomberg, being a financial markets data company, is remarking on the market implications of this story. refinements to existing power supply sources are generally already priced in, as they happen gradually and are well understood. the price implications of fundamental shifts are by nature less not priced in except as risk.

also worth noting, in financial jargon everything can be boiled down to it's "price". so to say that they are discussing its pricing implications is not to say they are ignoring or not discussing the environmental implications. rather, the environmental implications (positive and negative) are reflected in the price.
