Ask HN: What do you think about my startup (website and app) itemzapp.com?

It's a task management app where you get tropies for doing your job (or naming the project "project". It's a bit wild.) We combined productivity solutions such as GTD and Kanban with gamification mechanics. I hope you like the idea and also how we managed it.
We're currently in a beta, but we'd like to launch this summer/fall. We're still struggling with some ux ideas how to improve things, so we can serve better ou users.
We'd love any comments on the website, app itself or general concept you could write. The main questions we'd like to ask are: 1. Would you use such app? 2. Is the sign up on the website visible? 3. Is the website structure clear or would you change something?
If you used the app: 1. Did you go through the tutorial? 2. How is your first impressin when you see itemz board? Do you like it or would you change something? 3. Do you like the column or list view better? 4. IS there anything that bothers you or is poorly designed? 5. What do you think about trophies - would you like to get more of them or they're just something it the app that doesn't really matters? 6. Anything else you'd like to comment is fine! We'd love to discuss it!
