Tape backup software recommendation?

Hi folks.

Where I work, until a couple of months ago we used ntbackup.exe under Windows 2003 server to backup our data to LTO2 tapes.

We updated the machine to Windows Server 2008 and the ntbackup included in that version of the operating system does not have the option to use tapes.

Now we are looking for a software to generate our tapes. Our needs are modest: a monthly copy of no more than 4 LTO2 tapes (less than 1TB of data).

Based on your experience, which software would you recommend us to get?
