Thanks for commenting and to whoever up voted. I was told in another post that this was a useless post. Also thinks we should not be posting youtube links. Glad to think some think it was a worthwhile contribution.

Agreed. But it is still does not make it appropriate or right to question one intention, publicly, on a site that is set up for s specific purpose, with out finding out info about them, and to flame them if they think their intention are other than what the site is here for, and to pile on by down voting all of ones post, even from days ago.

What is worse is those bosses who do not know anything about what is going on in their companies, are getting bonuses off the performances of the workers doing task that they their bosses has no clue they are doing for them. Seems backwards

No matter what people say or how bad things are for you, be thankful for you health and for all that you do have. There are many in much more dire circumstances than we are in. I have had to keep reminding myself of this, today especially.

when you have zeros next to your post and when you are watching your karma go up and down as much as 5 points, depending on when you posted, then your are being voted. down. Only reason I am being voted down if because someone or a few think I am here for other reason beside just wanting to get may startup going and just trying to figure it all out. Just leave me alone already.

Why was I not allowed to submit a thread?

it kept coming back to submit page? The submission ask if the thread filled flames of newbie startup entrepeneur was harmful to other newbie startup trying to learn the ropes and who only come here for seeking support, network and info? Is it good to accuse them of any other intention then that?

Just an FYI. I have a community website that is for the Parents, cadets, family and friends of a military service academy (nothing to do with my startup), I cannot imagine my members treating each other the way I have been treated in just one thread. Also, ON our site we encourage each other to posts, not discourage them so we too can have content and discussion worth while.

Just because this is a extremely active site, should not be a reason for people that have the power, to do everything in their power, to shut down a newbies good intentions!

Another thing to consider is to have Categories for new post. so easy to scroll through and does not get lost on 2nd page.

YOU can have the categories in the drop down of "New" post link. You can a have "view all" as an option as well.

You can have the category fields as a requirement when filling out the submission form.

I hope the PTB of HN consider this.

..Or having every thing I have posted in days past being voted down, by a few individuals in the last 1 hour? No matter how worthwhile it is. NOt right, and I have no recourse. I just get to watch my "Karma" drop non stop. NICE.

Again I have pts bing taking away from just responding. OH MY! I have gone down 20 pts by just responding. And I can not take pts away in kind for responses to me. HOw fair is this? PLease not this was a comment from 20 minute ago. It is fair to reply to it, but it is not fair to give move down when all I am doing is responding to something that is directed at me. PLease give a newbie a break already and stop bringing down everything a I post.
