That works for me too. A cardiologist told me it is because it gives your body a reason to keep the blood pressure higher. He also advised drinking lots of water every day.

I've fainted more times in my life than I'd care to admit. After a while, it's not the 'blood' you are afraid of. Instead it's the idea of fainting and causing a scene that becomes the source of anxiety. For me, anyway.

Just remember when foraging for wild edibles (including dandelions) to avoid areas that have been treated with pesticides, or where dogs may have peed. Avoid golf courses and train tracks and old farms.
Dandelions are pretty prolific but I would also be mindful of abundance when foraging other plants. If there is only one or a few of them around, don't take it. There's a 1-in-20 rule for this.
There are a ton of books, YouTube videos, and probably some in person classes in your area on this stuff.

This happened to me 2 years ago. I canceled my Uber account because of it (because you can not cancel UberEATS without canceling Uber as well)
Last week I found out they never did delete my account. And they will not until I pay the balance.

It seems to me like all of your hobbies are highly analytical. Maybe try making art or playing an instrument to relax your mind instead of trying to read another book or learn a new language in your down time.

I leave the TV on during the day, mostly for the noise, but I like to hear some news too.
It's been driving me crazy that they are CONSTANTLY advertising all sorts of drugs, constantly filling my ears with unimaginable signs and symptoms.
Is it just me? Is there anything that can be done about this?
Most of these drugs you wouldn't need to know about unless you had a very serious and specific condition. In which case, your doctor should be the one to tell you about it, or at least a google search. But why do I have to hear about horrible diseases while I'm trying to de-stress? It's insidious.

That dump used to stink somewhere between pine sol (I think they used to try and cover up the smell with something?) and rotting trash. And it is right in the middle of the island so any time you had to drive anywhere on the highway you passed it and got to enjoy the smell.
I would never set foot on that land, god only knows what horrible toxic stuff has been dumped there.
