https://maninthedot.com/ my clunky eclectic web face online. slow growing bits of projects and tools, eventual rambles on topics from what i do, made with experimental builds because it's mine and it's fun to play in the codes ;)

Moments Missed are Never Equalized by Dollars Made.. The time making moments and memories will be all that matters after, and after they cannot be brought or bought back. ... Just my 2cents, as a Dad & Grampa who was guilty of overworking for years, always focused on the future, missing all the now I can never go back to. Spend your time wisely.

I look at this aggregator https://cryptopanic.com/ daily to see a bit of the blockchain buzz. Rather basic, but there is a decent bit of discussion and a variety of sources I don't get from reddit/twitter or MSM sites.

I can't explain how stoked I am about this, I was in SanDiego when they were on the verge of extinction, even got the chance to go behind the scenes for the original breeding program. Knowing nature refuses to let them fade away even without our intervention is epicly awesome news.

Those who could not work from home, were screwed by the pandemic. The poor were forced to work to serve the those who could be safe at home.

This has the potential to be one of the most attacked IPOs of the century. It will be interesting to see what happens.

I have to admit watching the improvised nonlethal warfare escalate is strangely entertaining.

I spent a few years in Texas and often travel by road cross country. I do have to say, finding a dollar store chain of local is a blessing in the big empty in-between.

I am currently in the rural south and have to say you have a VERY valid point. You have to go many miles for an actual grocery store, but can find various discount small box stores as easy as a gas station. Although, I do remember when I was young [in the last century], visiting for holidays, there were general stores and country markets at an even larger scale. An odd example of the loss of 'small town business' by replacing it with branded chains.
