Legally cannot on US citizens. We werent even allowed to use drones to help civilian search and rescue missions due to fears of being accused of spying on citizens. This was in 2015.

For those that don't know, Specialist is a rank in the army.
Each of the individuals being promoted are _already psychological operations soldiers_. They are just going from the rank of specialist to sergeant or corporal. This is honestly a non-story. Soldiers are being promoted all the time, this is just a single large ceremony to account for an organizational reshuffle for the PSYOPS corps, Im assuming.

SSR Vue = Nuxt.js
Django is all SSR and is solid, if a little dated.

This is my biggest issues with SPAs. Its not that it is that hard, its just so much easier to keep it secure if its being done server-side.

Bad code. I would pay for better developers. But they are all happily employed (for the most part) and we cant exactly back up the brink truck...

Yeah, but its a poor pitch to say, "Oh, no internet? Just use your phones mobile hotspot." Existing solutions run entirely offline and I need to replicate that experience to get any initial usage of the app... at least outside of my contacts.

Yes, definately it will do those things. But it also needs to be 100% capable of running a meet offline.

This guy gets its. The software already available is a headache to use and the goal here is to "get out of the users way", so they can focus on running the meet instead of fighting the software.
