> The battle against squatting in Spain is not only a legal skirmish but also a deeply personal and emotional one for many property owners. The stories of those who have endured the frustration and helplessness of having their properties occupied illicitly are both compelling and heart-wrenching. These narratives underscore the profound impact that squatting can have on individuals, extending far beyond the financial losses to include significant emotional distress and a sense of violation. [...]

> Property owners have shared experiences of feeling powerless as they grapple with the lengthy and often cumbersome legal process to evict squatters.

Those poor landlords! Property owners are truly the most oppressed minority in Spain. It's heart-wrenchingly sad hearing their accounts of legal procedures and having to evict people living in their properties:(

>That ever-looming possibility of needing to move again come lease renewal time, whether that be due to rent hikes or the landlord deciding to do something else with the property wore on my nerves.

That sounds dreadful and that's why there should be laws against landlords kicking out long time tenants at their whim. Your home should be a safe space and having that sword of Damocles constantly looming above your head must feel awful especially in lower income households.

> You don't need a 'better general education in math' to be good at mental arithmetic. In fact general education in math' is pretty much irrelevant to mental arithmetic. > To be better at mental arithmetic, you need to learn and practice mental arithmetic.

Is mental arithmetic practice not part of a general math education curriculum?

Not to dunk on the coffee which I haven't tried but this seems like a viral ad? I get it's cool that this actually works, but in practice how is it different to selling coffee through an API through a generic web interface served by shopify? In the end in both ways they are selling you coffe beans for money. It's still cool to see it in your terminal though.

This is really cool, and in particular it's helpful that it lets you select what tools you have available for your workout. I tried creating a bodyweight only routine and all the exercises look well picked to me.

Just my .02 - I would prefer if the dummy you click on to select which muscle groups you wanna train to be gender neutral, or have a separate selection for all genders, if that is relevant for the exercises provided.
