on: An experimental editor for WebGPU compute shaders
In my case it was easy to setup, but I didn't figured out how to change from using my iGPU to the GPU. Unfortunetly on the iGPU it is pretty slow.

on: Talk = GPT-2 and Whisper and WASM
I implemented whisper + chatgpt + pyttsx3 and it worked. But then suddenly the chatgpt wrapper that I found on github stopped working.
edit: whisper is awesome

on: Why a land-value tax is inevitable
Land-value tax doesn't have huge inefficiencies like some other taxes. But the hard part is assessing "value". How should land value be decided? The book "Radical Markets" has some good insights on how to find the value of every plot of land by using markets.

on: Show HN: SHA-256 Animation
I remember that in my first year of CS, the professor asked us to implement this algorithm. We had just learned our first computer language(C by the way). Result: nobody was able to do it, and everybody got a 10 after the professor realized it.

on: Why is the stock market rallying when the economy is so bad?
The thing is, in the formula, you have to use the rate "r" to discount the future profits. If the "r" decreases, the monetary value of stocks in the present increase, even though the cashflow has not changed. So, even if coronavirus decreases short-term profits, the effect it has on the global economy can lower interest rates, causing the present value of stocks to increase.

on: When will Google shut down Stadia?
I think that this project has the economics to work, so, even if Google abandons it, somebody should eventually build it. Why I think streaming games is a powerful thing: Piracy. It will be more difficult to get a ilegal copy of a game that was never released to the public, only run on servers. But yes, kind of sucks to who wants to test games or live in third world countries.
